1. VIP CUSTOMERS

1.1 Card levels - Total purchase and discount percent:

For Viet Nam:

○ SILVER: 15,000,000 VND and above - 5% 

○ GOLD: 35,000,000 VND and above  - 10%

○ PLATINUM: 50,000,000 VND and above - 15%

For Thailand:

○ SILVER: 30,000 THB and above - 5%

○ GOLD: 65,000 THB and above - 10%

○ PLATINUM: 95,000 THB and above - 15%

For HongKong:

○ SILVER: 9.000 HKD and above - 5%

○ GOLD: Từ 20.000 HKD and above - 10%

○ PLATINUM: 30.000 HKD and above - 15%

1.2 Card levels will be valid and applied within one year from the time your card level is upgraded:

For example, if Customer A is in Gold card level on September 4, 2021 (total purchase amount reaches 35 million or more), Customer A will receive a 10% discount until September 4, 2022.

Case no.1:

During a year, when the customer's total purchase amount reaches over 50 million, your card level will be upgraded to a Platinum card. The validity period will be extended for one year starting from the date your card level becomes Platinum.

(For example, your card level will be Platinum from December 4, 2021, to December 4, 2022. After December 4, 2022, you will not receive a 15% discount anymore)

Case no.2:

In case you maintain your total purchase of between 35 million and 49 million, you will still keep the Gold card level for the next year.

Case no.3:

However, if the customer reduces the purchase to less than 35 million, your card level will be down to Silver. 

Case no.4:

And if you reduce the purchase to 15 million, you will not receive any additional discount.
