Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change 💛

If you want to cancel your pre-order, please email us at hello@themaven.sg as soon as possible. Please include your order number and the item name.

Please note:
 • You can cancel your order at least 5 days before the estimated delivery date. Our team will send you this date by email.
 • If the cancellation is on time, your refund will go back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
 • If you want to change your order (for example: size or color), please contact us early. We’ll do our best to help, if production hasn’t started yet.

If your item cannot arrive on time, you can also request a full refund.
