EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

MAVEN accepts exchange and returns requests from customers in case there are unfortunate problems happening in the delivery process. Our customer service will support you to solve the problem in the shortest time.

 

1. Exchange:

 In case of unfortunate problems from MAVEN (defective products, wrong size or wrong items, late shipment), MAVEN will support exchange shipping fees.
 
In case of unfortunate problems from customers (choosing the wrong size, desire to exchange to other sizes/items), to request a return support, please make sure your order meets the conditions below:
○ The return fee is covered by the customer
○ Returned products must be in their original condition, fully packed, along with the purchase invoice. The products haven’t been used, washed, or ironed. MAVEN has the right to deny exchange requests if the products have signals of being used.
○ The time for exchange request is 3 days for in-store purchases and 5 days for online purchases
○ Customers only can request to exchange the product whose cost is the same or much higher than the previous product. In case the customer would like to exchange to the lower cost items, MAVEN will not refund the cost margin (unequal cost)
○ The customer can request for the exchange only one time
○ For in-store purchases, please request an exchange at the same store where you bought the products, the receipts are required also. MAVEN will deny an exchange request in case the store where the customer sends products to exchange is not as the one in the receipt
○ The products were bought on sale promotion won’t be able to exchange or return

     

    2. Return:

     

    In case of unfortunate problems from MAVEN (defective products, wrong size or wrong items, late shipment), and MAVEN is not able to support customers exchange to other suitable products, MAVEN will cover the return shipping fee and refund 100% of product value if customer request, or MAVEN will send shopping voucher with the same value as the products for the next purchase.
     
    In case of unfortunate problems from customers (choosing the wrong size, desire to exchange to other sizes/items), MAVEN reserves the right to not accept the request for a return/refund
