DELIVERY POLICY
REPAIR SERVICES CONDITION:
• For one invoice, MAVEN supports one-time free repair only: Re-sew button
• Support repair: Shorten, reduce/expand the waist size, repair zipper - With fee: 40.000 VND
• MAVEN will refuse to support repairing If the items were already being repaired by different tailors.
• MAVEN will refuse to support repairing If the items were torn; damage caused by improper use, accidents; and the warranty period has expired (12 months since purchase date)
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
MAVEN accepts exchange and returns requests from customers in case there are unfortunate problems happening in the delivery process. Our customer service will support you to solve the problem in the shortest time.
